Stage Show' and
both happening on Jan 9th. In the west of
the county, a Healthy Ireland workshop will also run in Gweedore
library on Jan 8th and a film screening of 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's
Nest' on the bigscreen in the Amharclann on the 4th of Jan. MORE FF2020 DETAILS HERE

YIPEE the third annual Errigal Retreat at Errigal Hostel in Dunlewey was a great success with fabulous feedback coming in, that will soon be published. As well as the gentle, restorative and accessible yoga, and bliss relaxations, this year's offering included 2 different wellbeing workshops, a Creative Wellbeing Workshop, which was a playful ice-breaker and also a Morning Pages, habit-hacking workshop that gave some roadmaps towards personal transformation. Our veggie food also got lots of praise! Keep an eye on www.donegalyogaretreats.com for the next offering.
