Self Care Sundays-Yoga Workshops
Comhcheol's Self Care Sunday yoga workshops run over 3-3.5hrs and include a healthy lunch. The workshops will help you unwind, coax you towards mind-body equilibrium, and devote time to yourself to "fill up your cup". Expect a mix of gentle yoga styles (Hatha, Yin, Viniyoga, Restorative), breath exercises and bliss relaxations using healing sounds. Suitable for beginners, improvers and those with an established practice. All equipment provided.
